The video begins with a "how-to" tutorial on various word plays with an instrumental of the song Boom Boom Dollar / King Kong & D'Jungle Girls playing in the background. The dancer, Happy Suzuki, briefly shows a limited number of step moves ("Side Step," "Two Step," "Front And Back"), word moves ( "Me," "You," "Baby," "Fire," "Boom Boom"), three "middle of music" (melo) patterns, and three "end of music" (chorus/sabi) patterns.
All of the songs cut to different dancers at different times as opposed to one group of dancers at a time, like in most ParaPara videos.
All routines in the video are choreographed by Happy Suzuki. The routines, however, did not seem to gain popularity as there are no refilms. The Xenon/Twinstar choreography for the featured songs is more popular compared to Suzuki's. However, most of the routines in this video are inspired by the official routines, with often only the intro changing.
The video was filmed at a (long closed) club in the Daikanyama neighborhood of the Shibuya district in Tokyo called "FLW."
The most well-known dancer to the masses is Akira, who is featured on ParaPara Kyōten 0 and 1.
The video ends with "Non Stop Power Play," a custom mega-mix of all songs in the video with all of the dancers in the video dancing together.
There are a few textual errors in the video, one being "Suger Baby," even though the actual title is "Sugar Baby," another being a duplicate "Dr." showing up for "Dr. And The Medic" and a "Shogun Killer" typo in the rotating tracklist text shown before the songs.
