The first video in the ParaPara Paradise series was released on VHS, DVD (via the "Millenium Selection" DVD), and VCD. It was the first full-length video to feature all of the ParaPara Allstars. The setting is velfarre, a famous nightclub in Roppongi during its heyday that was open from 1994 to 2006.

The VHS has four extra songs after the credits roll, only featured in this format as a promotion for the VHS version. The songs are "Babe Follow Me," "Fun Fun Boy," "Don't You Love Me," and "New Love." They are all popular songs in the 2nd boom, although this video was released in the 3rd boom. Also, the choreographies of the extra songs (listed above) are not all Twinstar unexpectedly, however. It is unknown how and why those choreographies were chosen at this time.

The video presentation features a box on the top left/top right that may seem like a reverse box, which is a box used to assist newbies in learning the routines correctly, but in this video, it is only used as a zoom feature. Notwithstanding, "Millenium Selection," which features ParaPara Paradise 1, adds a reverse feature that enables the viewer to see the video flipped by 180°.

The credits roll features behind-the-scenes footage. It is possible to see that some of the choreographers, like Keita Fukaya, Haruki Takahashi, and Takayuki Meguro, were on set at the time.
